Ξηρά κρασιά: Λευκό, Ροζέ και Κόκκινο
Κάθε χρόνο παράγουμε λευκά κρασιά με βάση τις ποικιλίες Μαλαγουζιά και Ροδίτη. Ένα μίγμα με το Ασύρτικο αναμένεται από το 2021. Τα Rosé's βασίζονται στο Agiorgitiko, Fileri και Moscato Hamburgo. Παρασκευάσαμε επίσης ένα μικρό ποσό στο κόκκινο κρασί από το Agiorgitiko, το Mavro Dafne και το Merlot
The red wine we produce is based on the variety Agiorgitiko but we experiment with blendings with Merlot and or Mavrodafne
We started to produce some wine in 2015 and the results encouraged us to continue and experiment with different varieties and also with label designs....
Malaguzia and roditis is one of our white wines which we regularly make but we also make Malaguzia plus assyrtiko in smaller amount”
Our main rosé is made from the variety Moschato Hamburgo and with Filery. We also make rosé only with Moscato or with Fileri
